Anushka is an actress and producer from Bollywood. Her name has been praised for her acting and as one of the best-paid Bollywood actresses. She also serves as the ambassador for various brands and is the owner of her own line of clothing for women that is called Nush. Forbes Magazine has featured her too. Anushka Sharma's parents include Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka Sharma's father is a retired colonel. and her mother is a housewife. The elder brother of Anushka Karnesh Sharma served in Merchant Navy and now is an independent film maker. Anushka has finished her education at Army School Bangalore. She has also earned a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Carmel College located in Bangalore. Anushka Sharma holds a Masters in Arts in Economics. Anushka was not interested in acting, but was more interested in becoming she was interested in becoming a model or reporter. Anushka, after completing her education in Mumbai she enrolled in Elite Model Management. She was trained by style consultant Prasad Bidapa. Anushka was first seen as a model for 2017 to model for Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show in Lakme Fashion Week. He selected her to be his finale model of the collection for Spring/Summer 2007. Anushka has worked on several brands since she made her debut a model at Lakme Fashion Week. She's been involved in campaigns for Fiat Palio, Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry, and Fiat Palio. Anushka Sharma along with her modeling career joined an acting school and began giving auditions for movies. Anushka sharma began her film career in 2008, playing Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The actress took a day off to get ready for the screen test, and didn't want to make an impractical version. Then, she signed on for three films with Yash Raj Films. The film in which she appeared performed the role of a young girl who married a middle aged man (the character Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka was seen along with Shahid Kapoor and Vi Das, and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film received mixed reviews. Anushka was the role of a Punjabi girl who was from middle class in a movie called 'Band Baaja Baaraat. The film featured her alongside Ranveer. The film received excellent reviews and was widely regarded as an overnight success. Anushka's contract for three films at Yash Raj Films ended with the release of Band Baaja Baaraat.
